Best Jiu Jitsu school in central Florida for sure, and I’d argue in all of Florida, I might be a little biased. Fabio and Roberta have changed my life for the better, because of the loving people that they are and the amazing jiu jitsu they teach. World class jiu jitsu from a black belt world champion.
My kids and I have been training here for a few months now and it is such a great place! The owners Fabio and Roberta are amazing people. Fabio is a jiu jitsu wizard and teaches well. Roberta teaches the kids classes along with a few other instructors and they are all very good with kids. They are tough but fair.

The best jiu jitsu coach you’ll find. Him and his family are amazing people. Great atmosphere, great students, and a competitive but safe environment. Fabio and Roberta really treat you like family! I highly recommend FNBJJ!

What to expect: a typical first class is a warm-up, then drilling basic positions and escapes with a partner — not hard sparring. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: athletic wear you can move in (or a gi if you have one); you'll train barefoot on the mats. What to bring: water and a mouthguard if you have one — many gyms lend a loaner gi for a first class, so it's worth asking when you call. As you keep training you'll add your own gi (or a rashguard and shorts for no-gi) and a mouthguard. Live rolling eases in gradually, once your fundamentals are solid.
