The classes they run
“Went in to see if they taught young kids and signed both my 8 year old and 5 year old up for classes.”
“After one private lesson with Jonny, my switch kicks improved so drastically that my coaches back at my home gym noticed and asked what improved them so much.”
“And from one open mat session with Daniel, I improved my grappling game by working on my mobility from guard and won 3rd place at my first BJJ competition the following weekend.”

From the reviews
I was able to drop in for a few classes while in Conway. The facilities were very well maintained, and the gym equipment was in great shape. The instructors were knowledgeable and provided quality instruction. Everyone was extremely welcoming and friendly.
I was looking for a place for my 8 year old son to learn Martial Arts. While shopping downtown Conway, we ran across Gravitas MMA. Went in to see if they taught young kids and signed both my 8 year old and 5 year old up for classes. After my sons first class (which he loved) I decided to stay for the kickboxing class.
I truly can't say enough good things about Gravitas. My 9yr twins and I have been training with them and it is awesome. It's way more than just a workout routine. The owners and staff make us feel as welcome as a second home and everyone is great with the kids.
Gravitas Martial Arts is an excellent gym! It doesn't matter if you are looking for a fun way to get in shape or if you want to do some competitions, this gym is open to all. I train here and love it. Jonny and Daniel are awesome and they really care about their students.
Your first BJJ class at Gravitas Martial Arts
Nervous about walking into a BJJ gym for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good coaches expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a warm-up, then drilling basic positions and escapes with a partner — not hard sparring. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: athletic wear you can move in (or a gi if you have one); you'll train barefoot on the mats. What to bring: water and a mouthguard if you have one — many gyms lend a loaner gi for a first class, so it's worth asking when you call. As you keep training you'll add your own gi (or a rashguard and shorts for no-gi) and a mouthguard. Live rolling eases in gradually, once your fundamentals are solid. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign a waiver and meet the coach. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
