“For someone who is more interested in knowledge than getting a good deal on old clothing/gi inventory, I find myself checking this website more than the others.”

12-Jan-22 Update: I'm moving this review up to five stars. BJJFanatics moved to digital only, no more DVDs are shipped. But they allow you to download a local copy for your PC or tablet. There is always a copy in your account at BJJFanatics, and their video player is excellent.
BJJ superdeals is setup like other daily deals websites. A nice thing about BJJ superdeals is that they regularly offer popular DVD sets at a discounted rate. For someone who is more interested in knowledge than getting a good deal on old clothing/gi inventory, I find myself checking this website more than the others.
Excellent list of instructionals at great prices. Awesome sound, picture, and overall quality. My BJJ game has changed dramatically since I’ve started ordering from Bjj Fanatics. Wouldnt shop anywhere else.
Online content is well organized and easy to access. Being able to download videos really is great for times with no WiFi. Always great daily deals and discounts which increase the value of the already excellent product. I also enjoy the wide variety of instructors. No complaints from this satisfied customer.
Your first BJJ class at BJJ Fanatics
Nervous about walking into a BJJ gym for the first time? Almost everyone is, and good coaches expect beginners to come through the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: a typical first class is a warm-up, then drilling basic positions and escapes with a partner — not hard sparring. Rest whenever you need to; no one will bat an eye. What to wear: athletic wear you can move in (or a gi if you have one); you'll train barefoot on the mats. What to bring: water and a mouthguard if you have one — many gyms lend a loaner gi for a first class, so it's worth asking when you call. As you keep training you'll add your own gi (or a rashguard and shorts for no-gi) and a mouthguard. Live rolling eases in gradually, once your fundamentals are solid. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign a waiver and meet the coach. It gets easier fast — most people feel far more at home by their third class.
