What local members say

I always wanted to do some sort of martial art: my brother in law trains here and highly recommended it. I went to one class and never felt more welcomed by Norm, Nick and Mike. They got my a loaner GI and I trained with some of the kindest people, everyone matched my level and went easy on me knowing I was new.

This place is where I started my Brazilian Jiu Jitsu journey. I could not of asked for a better place to learn and appreciate my foundational skills and love for the sport.

My son was 4 1/2 years old when he started. His doctors recommended he attend a sport to challenge his mind, body and most important build his communication skills. Jiu Jitsu is a full body workout. The trainer and coaches here are amazing. They’ve been a tremendous help showing students what it looks like to be safe.
